STRUCTURAL JACKETS (OFFSHORE)
Project Description
Phase 1 consists of a two platform bridge-linked complex at Central Azeri, comprising a drilling quarters (DQ) platform and a compression/ water-injection (C&WP) platform. The DQ platform will have 48 well slots, a permanent drilling rig, and two production separation trains with a combined capacity of 400,000 bb/d. The decks will both be weighing about 14,500 tonnes. Phase 2 of the project, the West Azeri & East Azeri platforms, will comprise drilling quarters too, both with 48 well slots. All platforms will be in about 120m water depth, utilizing steel jackets and piled on four corner legs . The Azeri project is located in the Azeri sector of the Caspian Sea, Azerbaijan.

Detailed structural design of a four-legged steel fixed offshore platform supported by piles in 55.5m water depth. The main structures include jacket, boat landings, riser guard, drilling deck/ topsides. The project includes Engineering, Procurement and Construction. The platform will be located in the PM-3 Commercial Arrangement Area (PM-3 CAA) in Malaysia - Vietnam waters.

Project Description
This development is the largest offshore EPIC (engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning) project ever completed in Asia. The Cakerawala field is located 180km offshore in shallow waters (55m depth) in the "Malaysian-Thailand Joint Venture Area" of the Gulf of Thailand and has estimated reserves of 2 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. The complex includes 3 drilling platforms (36 wellheads), a compression platform with two compression trains, a central processing platform with a 17,000-ton deck, a power generation unit, a flare and pipelines.
